If in life there is happiness then there is everything.if we are sad or we don't have happiness then we spend our life by just being sad or thinking about that thing. 

        So what we should do to make a sad day to a good or a happy day? Should we change our thoughts or try to change other people's thoughts? It is better to change our thoughts rather than changing other people's thought. Think if there is a situation where you hate or don't like a teacher or you are angry with him/her. Now that the teacher doesn't care about you and you are angry with him. So at that time what you should do? According to me, you should think about all the good thing that he or she had done to you and automatically you will become happy.

     In my life, there was a situation similar to the above situation.  Every day I am sad because of a teacher and try to change my thoughts, but it is very difficult.
